새로운 도시, 새로운 경험 (A New City, A New Experience)

Two weeks ago, I took a train down to Busan, the second largest city in South Korea. This city shares many features with Seoul such as its efficient transportation, cafe culture, and fast-paced lifestyle. However, unlike the capital, this city has many different characteristics as well, including cliff-side temples and mountains in close proximity to the beach. One of Busan’s main attractions, 해운대 or Haeundae Beach, is constantly populated with tourists and Koreans on vacation from all over the country. Moving into my fifth month of life in South Korea after studying abroad in Seoul in the spring, I welcomed the change of scenery.
